Our team brings you industry leading knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, analytic techniques, operations/logistics management, business process management, process engineering.  We are more than a Lean Six Sigma implementer than trainer.  As such, our training services are powerfully relevant and incorporate real world experience. Unlike most Lean Six Sigma training firms, MSI actually implements performance programs and improves processes on a daily basis, working in the trenches with process owners and other various stakeholders.  Our typical engagement incorporates the integration of Lean Six Sigma deployment, projects, information systems development, process automation, and training.  As such, we have developed highly effective training tools used by champions, black belts, and process teams not just during initial Lean Six Sigma engineering but on an on-going basis as Lean Six Sigma evolves throughout the organization.

Working with clients, we often hear “I took the class from XYZ, but most of it seemed like it did not apply here.  We are not in manufacturing.”  This statement made by many of our clients is often true, because Lean Six Sigma comes from manufacturing and most of the knowledgeable people in the profession work or train in manufacturing.  At MSI, our projects and training are completely focused upon the areas of transactional process improvement.  This means we focus upon non-manufacturing processes.  Our approach to performance improvement and our training classes use techniques we have designed specifically for applying Lean Six Sigma to front office and back office processes such as sales, order entry, service, technical support, contracting, billing, human resources, and finance.  Our team excels at applying continuous process improvement to nearly any process outside the manufacturing line.  Of course, most of our team members started their Lean Six Sigma journey somewhere in the manufacturing industry, but have spent many years applying these methods to non-manufacturing processes.  We are in the business of using advanced management sciences to build processes and client partnerships that continuously evolve to predict and meet organizational objectives.
